Father walks in whenever he wants without knocking. He even cames in the bathroom without knocking the other day. I know this to be true because I was on the phone with Dalilah. He did this 12/1/2020 while I was on the phone with her. 11/21/2020 Dalilah called home and said her Dad keeps touching her and she does not like it and he won't stop. 11/17/2020 Dalilah called home and asked why is she the only one being forced to be around her Dad. In the summer of 2017 he kiddnapped Dalilah from St. Louis and I had to drive to Montana to get Dalilah and bring her home. He forged the parenting plan to say it was his time to have her and the police officer let him go with her. James is on probation for demestic violence towards his wife and step daughter. The step daughter has moved out of the house upon doing so she gave Dalilah an address to a "safe house" in case Dalilah needed a safe place to go from James and his wife. James threatens Dalilah with violence (by slapping her f face). He did not put Dalilah on her flight home 10/30/2020 and because she was upset he called her names and belittled her. She is being brainwashed constently and manipulated constently by James and his wife. They Gaslight her. Her health is in jepordy. She was suppose to follow up with her nuerologist in Aug 2020 and James did not take her to her appt and she still has not been back to see the doctor. They want to rule out MS. This abuse will continue to Dalilah and will only worsen with time. In 2009 I found pornography and a toy of Dalilahs hidden together under James car seat. James had tvs in his car at the time. The same year James sexually assulted me while I was asleep. 2010 he broke my nose while I held Dalilah in my arms. He headed butted me so hard my nose shattered into little pieces. In 2006 James broke my back while I was pregnent by pushing me off the second story patio. He also punshied me in my stomach when I was 3 months pregnant. At 4 months he drug me into thr closet and got on top of me while he was wrapping my head with a cover and began to sufficate me until I almost passed out. James is a violent sexual deviant person and it is not safe for Dalilah to be in his care. I plea to the court to grant this order of protection for Dalilah's safety.
